Star Farms

Star Farms at Lakewood Ranch will be a multigenerational lifestyle community in Southwest Florida that offers a one-of-a-kind, individualized experience. Forestar is developing a gated village on 700 acres with thoughtful design. It will have 1,500 single-family homes, paired villa retreats, and townhomes with a variety of amenities, clubs, and hospitality services. In the resort ranch community's first phase, Forestar is pleased to offer more than 300 homesites. Through land planning, amenities, home selections, and lifestyle programming, this design places a singular emphasis on bridging generations. Star Farms will be a place where grandparents, parents, and children from all generations can live life together. From approximately 1,500 to over 4,000 square feet, single-family homes, townhomes, and villas will be included in Phase 1.
