The first village of Lakewood Ranch in Sarasota is Waterside. At Waterside, life takes place around seven crystal-clear lakes with 20 miles of shoreline, acres of nature preserve, and a lively lakefront town center. One of Waterside's planned neighborhoods is Shoreview;consisting of 246 residences, many of which will have stunning lake views across two enormous lakes totaling 144 acres.
